Shall Instruct Many (BD53)

                'Book of Daniel'

Dan 11:33 “And those of the people who understand shall instruct many; yet for many days they shall fall by sword and flame, by captivity and plundering.”
These disciples will ensure the salvation of new converts by teaching them the Triune Godhead and the gospel of grace
A) *God is One but He reveals Himself to men as the Triune Godhead (Trinity) as God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
1) God the Father is the Provider and His attributes are found in the Old Testament. We learn from the Father how to be a good father to our children and pastor to our congregation
2) God the Son was the Word made flesh. He died on the cross for the propitiation of our sin. On the third day He rose from the dead. We learn from Jesus how to be an obedient son and how to love  God and one another as He had loved us
3) God the Holy Spirit lives in every born again Christian. He empowers him with His anointing, gifts, truth and guidance. We learn from the Holy Spirit how to help others as He has helped us.

B) The Gospel of Grace
Luke 24:46-47  Then He said to them, “Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day, and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem."

C) Overcoming Satan
Rev 12:11 And they overcame him (Satan) by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
Warning: - every Christian must understand these three doctrines, in order to overcome Satan, the Antichrist’s deceptions and temptations, and the great Tribulation.

Blood of the Lamb is also the Message of the Cross and part of the Gospel of Jesus.

1. Blood of the Lamb
Rev 1:5b To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood.
The day anyone sincerely accepts Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Saviour, the blood of Jesus cleanses him of all his sins.
1John 1:7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

2. Temple of God
Once his sins are cleansed, his physical body is then holy and the Holy Spirit will dwell in Him and he becomes a born again Christian.
1 Cor 3:16-17 Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.
Every Christian is the temple of God and cannot be demonized or demon possessed. God is holy and He will not share His holy temple with unclean spirits.

3. Child of God
Every Christian then becomes the child of God and no one including Satan can hurt him.
Rom 8:15-16 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,

4. Delivered from power of Satan
Col 1:12-13 giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light. He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,
Our Lord Jesus has already delivered us from the evil one. The love of money is the root of all evil and we need to be delivered from the evil within us by crucifying our old man the flesh.
We can even cast Satan out in Jesus Name. So why fear him?

5. The Name of Jesus – God then allows us to use the power of the Name of Jesus to:
a. Cast out demons
b. Heal the sick
c. Perform miracles
d. Pray, intercede, praise, give thanks, fellowship and love God.
Brethren, we have the ‘Name of Jesus’, so please do not misuse the blood of Jesus to cast out demons, or heal the sick otherwise you would be ineffective for using the bow to shoot bullets.
